I believe it’s a media tactic to publish stories like that, Trump’s bromance with Musk is sour, Trump not happy with Netanyahu, Trump angry with Putin. All these stories serve the purpose that Trump can show growth. In reality, neither Trump or Musk care.
And neither have the capacity for growth. However, Trump does care what people think. It’s part of his narcissism.
