Not to defend a big company cause this is still bad, but what they actually copyrighted was their Let’s Go system from Pokemon Scarlet/Violet which is somewhat different than what’s been described in various outlets.

Is it a ROM? If so did you get the 1.0, 1.1 or Virtual Console release? Virtual Console would be best for solo play because it allows you to get the last Nook upgrade without a visitor.
