What a cool place! I miss these stores and wish one was near me.
There’s no clear answer to save such a place. I don’t know much about the city but it’s likely in an accessible area so moving to a less expensive part of Paris or just outside of the city would help rent but the foot traffic would likely drop.
As much of an uphill battle it is for these stores I’m hoping for a positive outcome for them.

Romancing the Stone is one of the more well known and higher quality movies of this bunch.
Let’s not forget his high achievement of winning a Golden Razzie award for his terrible performance as….himself. Yes, he achieved worst supporting actor playing himself. Not only that the movie is a perverted B- dumpster fire.
Just to be clear, I’m not saying this is anywhere near as serious compared to the points you’ve made. Those are truly harmful things done to others. To know he was in such a low ranked movie and had the worst performance of everyone in it while trying to portray himself brings a bit of joy.

I’ve found myself physically drained from overthinking at times and now I can start to see how real that can get.

Politely request cancellation of any automated payments going forward and if one went through recently see if it’s possible to initiate a charge back. Not sure if a charge back would work in this situation but worth a try.
