Kids parties at home are fun because they are cheap but the downside is you have to host and clean. Parties at destinations are more expensive but you don’t have to clean and if the place is exciting enough you don’t have to host either. Pick your poison.

3·9 days agoI hope you’re right about the rubicks cube. I never had one as a kid and no one I knew did but my kid brought one home a few months ago and I’ve been working with it off and on. One day I’ll give up and look up how to do it but until then I’ll keep being bested by a children’s toy.

101·12 days agoI think the problem with mass adoption of that kind of anti surveillance tech is that most people will not trade the convenience of being able to take pictures of themselves for the privacy of other people not being able to take pictures of them. Even if it’s a toggle switch.
That drawing is pretty good though! Poor thing doesn’t read well but she has an eye for proportion.













I bet if you put up an ad, on Facebook marketplace or whatever your equivalent is, stating that you are willing to pick up boxes of books (I’d recommend a 3 or 4 box minimum but whatever) people will contact you.
