I spent a good chunk of today reading about it. It seems that it’s actually pretty fun and well-made, but the diehard Destiny fans don’t like it because it dilutes what makes Destiny Destiny. And I kind of agree.

Rainstorms can last actual in-game days, there are lightning strikes (and a world setting for lightning starting fires), dark clouds, the whole deal.

It’s very atmospheric.

They didn’t really remake it so much as oort the terrain map and textures into Elden Ring

I mean the last few Lego games have looked honestly incredible, so I’m not actually surprised that it would be like this.

I remember starting 9 in the theater, excited to see how Star Wars ends!

Then the movie happened, and I just couldn’t shake the feeling of “oh so JJ is pissed that Rian did his own thing with the last movie, and we’re literally just going around retconning the very previous movie?”
