We don’t even need to burn stuff. We can turn the system into chaos by a mere general strike, like literally staying at home and not working or buying stuff for a few days, like really doing nothing and seeing the economic system crash. We don’t even need to be close to 100% of the population joining such a movement for it to work.

Social media by itself can’t divide people. People become divided when they start thinking and acting like you’re doing at this moment.

That’s now how it happens in a small town. Two long-time friends who have the habit of putting chairs in front of their house and pass the night chatting and observing the vicinity would have seen the guy who everyone already suspects to be a criminal walking in a strange way and would call the local gossiper, who tells them who the probable victim is, because there was a heavy discussion the last day between them, and then they alert the local police chief, who is their relative.

I think about that kind of thing so often. That’s why I don’t mess with animals, I just leave them be. Something fun and cute for me, that appears to be harmless, can be felt as a terrible experience to them.

But the ones who get integrated into language for the long-term, we will eventually see them all around and it will be impossible to miss
I’m still up for that random internet user’s idea of an olympics with randomly selected people from each country, to give a fair representation of its people. It would be so fun to watch, or even to participate!

On the other hand, we don’t need to try to understand slangs anymore, because they will be obsolete tomorrow in the morning, when a new one appears.
Celebrity news looked like that for me since I was a kid lol. I never understood how people are supposed to know celebrities and be attracted by such headlines.
As a kid, I also liked to do crosswords, but I rarely could complete them, because they always asked things about celebrities. I hated it so much.
Adding gabe newell to the list and grabbing my popcorn

That’s the enemy of anyone with any specialization
We would probably think the same about land surface creatures if we evolved in deep sea
You’re totally correct. I just have a too fertile imagination. There’s nothing to see here, officer!
(Phew, hat one was too close. I will do better next time)
