What you seem to understand but refuse to accept is that Israel is a settler colonial state commiting genocide and ethnic cleansing on the Palestinian people. In fact Israel’s whole foundation was an illegitimate state being created by ethnically cleansing the local population.

Hamas( qassam brigades) is a legitimate armed resistance against an occupier ( Israel). In fact, according to international law, Hamas has more legitimacy defending themselves against Israel than Israel does to “defend” itself from the people they are occupying.

Israel has been the colonial occupier for 75 years. Ever since then they’ve been conducting terror campaigns of ethnic cleansing against Palestinians. And now their genocidal intentions are plain for even the most unwilling to see.

So when someone says death to Israel, they mean death to the settler colonial genocidal state of Israel. So saying that absolutely does make sense. And hopefully from that will come a single secular state where the Palestinians can live as equals with israelis, and not be treated as subhuman slaves.

It truly boggles my mind that people are aware of these inhumane atrocities and will still defend Israel tooth and nail. I know a lot are bots but a lot are also defending Israel of their own accord.

I feel like Israel, the US, Australia, most Europen countries, most so called ‘first world nations’ are responsible and absolutely complicit in dehumanising Palestinian people, and middle eastern people in general, for decades to the point where they can casually say that Israel should continue to ethnically cleanse and slowly genocide the Palestinians to defend themselves. And they will applaud themselves for saying this. In what fucking world does that make any kind of sense?

Also, these countries casually talking about bombing Yemen for example, like it’s a natural phenomenon. What fucking right do they have to go to a region far away from their countries’, launch attacks at inhabitants of the region, and have the nerve to say they must defend themselves when these people being attacked retaliate.

Imagine what would happen if any other country sailed around the world to the US or any of these other ‘first world’ nations, started attacking them because it was important to do so for their ‘geopolitical interests in the region’.
