    Why the heck are these stalls solar powered? They’re not in the middle of nowhere, and they’re not mobile. They could just as easily have pulled a power cable to them. Some dumbass politico wanted to seem green without thinking it through. Higher costs, harder maintenance, and unreliable power for no reason.
