The “crime of jaywalking” is the equivalent of mistakenly using a dinner fork when you were supposed to use a salad fork. But this is Florida so it is treated like worst thing ever.

Yeah, the article rightly points out there is no such thing in a residential neighborhood. Cop was probably just rolling around looking for someone Black or otherwise marginalized to terrorize for no reason
