Back in the day, when my school’s library switched from a physical card catalog to digital kiosks, a few of us geeks might’ve installed PoP1 & 2 on the server and obfuscated it so that we could, at any point in the schoolday, get a hall pass to the library and “research” whatever “homework” via hotkey at any terminal on the network. (originally intended to only work on said kiosks, but the “IT” dept was 100% abacus-trained, so why not?)
