This peace will not work, the plan solves nothing, The entire region and the UN observer for Palistine approved it (even if they are puppets and not representitive of the people), and EVEN IF the PRC or Russian voted No and Vetoed, they could not enforce that veto, they could not enforce the US and Israel going over the UN to do it anyway.
Yes the PRC and RF had a better plan, and the US said they would only allow this one to pass so thats a moot point.
Let them make a flawed one sided plan, it will fail, lets live in the world we exist in, not the world where the UN has significant real athority
Lets not forget the USSR did not show up to the UN to veto the invasion of the DPRK, 1) because ot was protesting the china matter and 2) because the US would have done it anyway.
