whats the difference between the keepass forks
KeepassXC is for desktop, while DX is for Android.
are they ran by the same group?
Keepass is the oldest one and only for Microsoft Windows. KeePassX is a discontinued project. KeePassXC is a community fork and my choice. Not sure about KeePassXD, maybe an Android version.
