Does your country follow the DSM 5? That sounds a bit odd. My diagnostic process had a full spectrum iq test then put through a 1hr 30min diagnostic process based off early childhood development, education markers etc.
Yeah i really dread the repurcussions when they finally do. I have no point of reference for US but id guess that clinicians may vary depending on policy and who is operating the clinic.

I think the fascists in charge are only interested in putting transgenderism into the next DSM. Of course there would be a ridiculous amount of blowback from professionals, but it’s not like the Trump admin has ever given a fuck about smart, qualified people

I’m an American, so unless the Trump administration has fucked with it, we use the DSM 5. (AFAIK the Trump admin has not fucked with it)
