Drinking water in plastic bottles contains countless particles too small to see. New research finds that people who drink water from them on a daily basis ingest far more microplastics than those who don’t.
Supposedly it’s safer and more durable than regular plastic bottles but I’m not sure how much of it is just marketing
Probably most of it. Tritan is similar to the plastic used in disposable bottles. I’m sure it’s modified to be better in several ways (definitely usually heat and impact resistance), but it’s fundamentally still similar stuff.
