Not that I’m aware.
What i undestand is:

She’s sad and thinks there is nothing that could cheer her up

A tiny frog appears

She’s happy because tiny frog is very cute
It’s not a laugh-out-loud comic, but rather a ooooh-how-cute one.
Not a “tiny” frog.
The littlest guy.

The context is that little frog guys make everything better
I think it’s more we think the world is ending and nothing can ever be better and then some benign thing happens and your back.
It does not make sense for me as well, but that might be because I’m used to pain that sits so deep, nothing is actually able to fix that in near future.
