  Different person, but I would assume that they meant each of the state’s declarations of secession. Which, yeah, didn’t really mince words.

    slavery
    
    tarrifs
    
    manufacturing
    
    postage/shipping costs
    
    federal govt not upholding protection responsibility for Texas
    
    states reclaiming sovereignty when constitution is broken
