This is still one way they can give back. Don’t worry, though, if they’re donating their organs to help a few people, it means they’re dead, and we can use their estate to help a whole lot more!

Well, not “countless.” Sociopathic Oligarchs are a finite resource, but we should exploit that finite resource as ruthlessly as they would.
There’s only so many billionaires, with so many organs, a lot of those organs will be trash, so you could definitely count how many lives could be saved.
Those organs have had the best treatment, good food, expert medical care, some have even been infused with the blood of healthy young athletes. Sure, a few have stressed their organs with cocaine, cigars, and expensive scotch, but most will be well-preserved.
I say go for it.
