South Park Season 29 feels stuck in a storytelling rut. The series can’t seem to decide whether it wants to focus on standalone stories or weaving a more overarching, politically relevant story. “Guinea Pig on a Stick” isn’t as disappointing as its predecessor, but this episode still struggles to build on its premise in a satisfying way. Luckily, Little Randy is there to help pick up the comedic slack.
