The headline leaves out the part about how Stevens tried to move up from Rep to Senator, lost the primary to him (despite taking a shitload of corpo and AIPAC money, and an 11:1 - yes, eleven to one - ratio of outside ad support, whereas El-Sayed took essentially none, as that’s a focal point of his campaign), and is now being a salty little Karen about it. It’s pure personal animus, and reveals the Fetterman-esque caliber of her character.
