Seeing Russia’s effectiveness in Ukraine the past couple of years, this really doesn’t concern me. Its capabilities are probably more like a battering ram than anything high tech. I’m less concerned with them being effective and more concerned they’ll fuck up and kick off Kessler Syndrome
On the plus side, we might end up in a Planetes esque future where space garbageman is a lucrative job
