I feel like to focus should be to incorporate people with a disability into society as much as possible while listening to their needs and wants. It is no use to focus solely on how much money they generate with ‘work’. And sadly very little government programs seem to do just that.

Sure, things are going in the direction of Israel right now but declaring actual war with Iran is another thing. We’re talking about one of the most advanced and strongest armed forces in the world here. Even with US backing it will not be a walk in the park for Israel and they know that. More than a year of internal conflict has drained the Israeli war fund and we see them sometimes struggle on their borders against the likes of Hezbollah and Yemen and on more than one occassion the Iron Dome failed to bring down all targets that were send to them. Doing an all out war against Iran would be extremely difficult for them.

That being said, the rebels are what westerners would normally call a terrorist group with links to Al Qaida/ISIS and whatever groups there are in the ME. If Libya is anything to go by, a stable but somewhat unpopular leader gets replaced by extremists and slavery gets reinstated. As long as there is no actual People’s movement from Syrians themselves, US proxy terrorists can take over the country and do whatever they want and the joy people feel will be short lived.
