I have seen a lot of hate, it’s my inbox which gets everything lol

I also see a lot of bots. Maybe just ignore them. I bet they ain’t even ppl

I’m a recent convert. Got banned by Reddit mods, like globally for an anti ICE comment. I called them brownshirts.

Ah right you are, current version 3.7.8. So the UI just breaks by itself! Meh, Tenacity looks great.

I don’t know if they’re having an issue with the flatpak version or something but the UI feels broken, elements don’t line up and the text looks unusually small for the buttons. It also has problems with running a dark version, some UI elements are still white.

Switched to Tenacity. Works good enough for me.

Goddamn, I didn’t know Aegis existed! Thanks, just moved all my accounts over and removed google authenticator. I now have the ability to completely delete my google account!

I couldn’t use Authy, it refused to run on graphene OS.

More or less yeah. I’ve been slowly migrating accounts over. EDIT It had been a while since I tried migrating to Authy, and I’ve since moved to a Graphene OS phone. Unfortunately, Authy refuses to run on phones without google play services installed so it’s not an option.

I am fully aware. But I live on the north shore of lake Ontario so it would be a bit more personal.

I’m already most of the way out of the google ecosystem with Graphene and alternatives, only thing left is authenticator (for work) and maps. If i EVER see Lake of America on google maps, i will be deleting my google account and never coming back.

Know how to piss off a conservative neighbour? Tell them you’re renovating your bathroom and making it gender neutral. Wait for their reaction.

I criticized ICE, and about 12 hours later I was met with a “Blocked by network security” page. The only option was to appeal to support, who wanted an explanation. I could still access my user settings so I went straight to the account deletion option.

I discovered Lemmy last week. Lurked for a while, then finally created an account. The experience is much better than Reddit so I say good riddance.
