The only instance I think I’ve ever seen of self identified racists coining a new term for a place using the “stan” suffix is “Kekistan” which is their tongue in cheek name for a fictional country embodying the ideals of white nationalism. My dad had this weird game on a 3.5" floppy called Heaven and Earth but we had no manual for it so it was particularly hard to figure out how to play.
