Yeah he’s bad. Peruvian politics are awful in general. At least the new guy is a conservative consistently, not like the last Boluarte and Castillo, who ran as a Marxist and left-wing candidate respectively, then once in office became right wing nationalists using the police the commit massacres and acting like fascists.
