I haven’t done a full rewatch of the series, but I want to say Rick’s voice kinda changed over the years anyway (used to be more gravelly/raspy I think?) . The voice in the S7 trailer sounds just about the same (to me) as when Roiland voiced him in the last couple seasons. YMMV, obviously.
Looks like they have two separate VA’s for Rick and Morty. The Morty is spot on but the *Rick sounds a little different.
