    Yes, they are. This is because the THC that’s federally illegal is a specific form of THC: ∆9 THC.

    But there are several different forms of THC along with other psychoactive cannabinoids (∆8, THCp, CBG, HHC, CBC, CBN) that were made legal with the 2018 farm bill that legalized hemp derived products. States have been restricting them, but not the feds until now.

        You want THCA, and I think type 3. THCA is just THC before adding heat and the type of hemp 1, 2 or 3 are cbd, cbd/thc and high thc.

        Normal weed is also THCA dominate which is why you have to decarb.
