    No it doesn’t. Your phone’s battery isn’t actually at 100% when it reads 100%.

      I’ve always thought that was true until discovering an optional setting on my phone in which we specifically only allow it to charge to 80-90%.

      “Hmm,” I thought, “Why would that setting exist if that’s what it was supposedly doing anyway?”

      Maybe it hasn’t already been doing that, and maybe I should activate the"80-90%" option.
