Only for napping on the Couch: Everybody hates Chris.
That Show was there when I was deep into my depression. It just Ran on tv. Didn’t Like it at first, but it grew onto me. Now I know it very well and that comforts me.
None. Can’t do it. If there are voices some FOMO bit of my brain has to listen to what they’re saying and I can’t sleep.
I do listen to music sometimes, for some reason lyrics don’t have the same effect on me as speech.
Used to be The late late show with Craig Ferguson.
Ancient aliens
Superhero movies always do de trick; I cant keep my eyes open through 10 minutes of Deadpool, My last memory of that movie is he gets pegged by his girlfriend.
Last time my girlfriend and I had the flu at the same time, we spent our days on the couch, snoozing in and out of consciousness, with Bob’s Burgers on the TV. We felt so shitty, but Bob’s Burgers made it all a little less shitty.
Futurama
Futurama for me originally, then Rick and Morty for a while until they released the episode where a character says “Hey Siri Call 911” and after being woken up to my device confirming a call to emergency services I had to switch back to Futurama.
What ever interesting but too long video YouTube happens to be recommending at the time. Though if the title tells me to go to sleep watching it, I’ll pick another.
Action button reviews
Not a show but a movie, And I use it to take afternoon naps.
U571. I really like the movie.
There is a scene right in the beginning of the movie where Matthew McConaughey greets a family at a wedding/ball I generally fall asleep right there and wake up 45 minutes later with the first torpedo attack.
It’s wild. It’s almost like a Timer, I used to take a nap.
So there’s this Youtube channel called Astrum
Nothing. By separating sleep time and TV time, I’m less likely to fall asleep before I’m ready, and I fall asleep much faster when it’s bedtime.
I don’t often, but Drifting off with Joe Pera.
If you stay up long enough, you can also catch Dr. Brule
Adventure Time
