It’s a style of writing German used primarily in ich_iel. The name is a word play on tongs (German Zange) and tongue (German Zunge, or, as a synonym to language, Sprache). Zangendeutsch uses as many English words as possible, but translates them in the most ridiculous manner possible. The word Zangendeutsch itself is a nice example: die deutsche Sprache = the German tongue => the German tong = Zangendeutsch.
