I say all artificial human created constructs be put on a short leash of the people. I say we start with corporations first.
Criminal liability would be a great start. Your AI causes major harm your executives do the time. Not going to happen but probably should. That really only needs to be implemented in a couple of countries to be an effective control.

We can’t hold any corpos criminally accountable when any company or product ever does anything harmful. AI is no special case here.I mean, corporations basically only exist to avoid personal liability
