What you do is water cool and then you squirt that hot water out into space where it’s not a problem anymore .Fortunately it’s also really easy to take an immense amount of water into space where it will be removed from the planet forever, and fortunately there’s an infinite amount of water on Earth so there’s no problem here at all.

Squirt it back at Earth, easy. It’ll cool off high in the atmosphere so then it won’t even warm the earth and will not impact climate change
How does it work? There’s (almost) no medium for conduction or convection, and I don’t see how radiation is better in space
