      Oh cops absolutely do it, cartels as well (although i think only inside central/south america). I meant non-state side

      The army dropped bombs on coal mining strikers at one point as well, I forget the details.

      The unionization of coal mining was perhaps the most violent of all of the unionizations. The bosses sponsored a lot of killing and everything else.
