Echoing everyone else, Bazzite is the established SteamOS-like, and comes with a traditional desktop mode that basically looks like windows and a big screen mode like SteamOS. It’s slightly less plug and play if you have an Nvidia card, but if you’ve gotten as far as installing an OS you should be able to fix any issues fairly easily.
